This new snack stand opens June 6 between Cosmic Canteen and the Studio Food Trucks in Hollywood Land, and serves up lots of hero-themed food to celebrate the Summer of Heroes. Menu options include The Most Dangerous Tacos in the Galaxy (Barbacoa beef tacos with green onion slaw, purple cabbage, pickled onions, habanero salsa, and green tortillas), Obviously Nachos (fried blue corn tortillas with red pepper cheese sauce, mojo-marinated chicken, chipotle crèma, and green onions), Space Outpost Tacos (chicken street tacos with chopped cilantro and onions), Mythic Michaelada, Sol-Horchata, the Hot Flare Margarita (jalapeño), and the Solar Flare Margarita (watermelon). |
