TIPS AND NOTES FOR KNOTT'S BERRY FARM Theaters, shops, and walk-through attractions are generally wheelchair accessible. Some may require assistance. It’s a good idea to pick up a copy of the Rider Safety Guide at the Information Center and establish which attractions are safe for people in your party. It lists all services and limitations at the park. Do note that all rides require transfer from wheelchairs. Rent strollers ($13/single and $20/double + $5 refundable deposit), wheelchairs ($16 + $10 refundable deposit), and ECVs ($50 + $10 refundable deposit) in Ghost Town next to the Geode Shop. You can reserve ECVs in advance by phoning 714-220-5495. Just want to pop in to buy something? You can get a Shopper’s Pass good for 45 minutes by leaving a refundable deposit equal to general admission. |
ENTERTAINMENT AT KNOTT'S BERRY FARM Live entertainment comes in two key forms at Knott’s Berry Farm. The first are stage shows, themed to the area housing the venue and performed on a daily basis. Knott’s also attracts headline bands and other performers, especially in the summer. Special seasonal performances may be presented in the spacious Charles M. Schulz Theater. Call 714-220-5200 for details on special events or check with the Information Center when you arrive at the park. The other form of live entertainment consists of daily demonstrations of old-fashioned craftsmanship such as candle-making, horse-shoeing, glass-blowing, and candy-making. Peanuts characters make appearances throughout Camp Snoopy and in front of the main entrance. Performance times vary—your Entertainment and Show Guide lists the day’s shows and times.
Visting around Halloween? The park becomes “Knott’s Scary Farm” on select evenings, complete with monsters, mazes, and scare zones. Tickets are $54-$69. |
