Alice in Wonderland [E-3] A-OK! |
Hop a ride aboard a four-person caterpillar to go through Alice’s rabbit hole and on to her infamous adventures in Wonderland. You’ll follow the White Rabbit through the dark as you shrink down, meet Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee, play with the Queen of Hearts, discover the Cheshire Cat, and enjoy an unbirthday party and a surprise! It’s fun to ride this attraction just before going on the Mad Tea Party. Short waits. Must transfer from wheelchair. Handheld captioning. Closes during fireworks. |

Casey Jr. Circus Train [D-2] A-OK! |
Just chant “I think I can, I think I can” and you’ll find yourself climbing inside one of the charming little train cars and chug-chugging around Storybook Land. While you won’t get as good a look at the miniatures of Storybook Land as you do on the Canal Boats (see page 111), it is faster. Look for the new scenes from "Frozen!" This is a fun ride for the little ones. The best views are on the left, so be sure you can see out that side. Inspired by Disney’s animated feature, “Dumbo.” Opened July 31, 1955. Must transfer from wheelchair. |

Every child wants to ride around, up, and down on Dumbo, while grownups will enjoy the pachyderm’s-eye view of Fantasyland. Two-seater flying elephants take you for a short, fast spin. Show your child how to lift the control lever to go higher. The lines are long and hot—the updated and enlarged queue is mostly shaded. Adults must ride with small children, and you know the kids will want to ride again. Try to ride early in the day, as the wait is very long the rest of the time. Opened October 1955 (Dumbo recently turned 75!). Closes during fireworks. Queue is wheelchair accessible, but must transfer from wheelchair to ride. |

Fantasy Faire [D-4] A-OK! |
Enter the Royal Hall for your audience with up to three Disney princesses, each in her own nook. The hall's elegant decor borrows elements from Sleeping Beauty Castle and is a sight in its own right. The Royal Theatre, an open-air tent, now hosts two alternating shows: a quick-paced retelling of "Tangled," with Flynn, Rapunzel, two storytellers, and the Faire Maidens, or "Beauty and the Beast," with Mr. Smythe, Mr. Jones, Belle, and the Faire Maidens. Note that this attraction has shorter hours than the rest of the park, typically 11:00 am to 6:00 pm—check your Times Guide or the Disneyland app. Lines to see the princesses may be very long. Wheelchair accessible. |
