Be prepared to grin as you ride this not-so-scary, recently updated ‘49er roller coaster through a two-acre Wild West landscape. You'll find plenty of speed and lots of curves, but no fearsome drops on this short, “runaway” mine train ride. You’ll tilt, shake, and rattle, though! Look around and enjoy Disney’s lovingly built environment, including a “natural” arch bridge, falling rocks, and a flooded bridge. Lines can be long, with only fans and shade to cool you off—try for a FASTPASS. Health warning. Must transfer from wheelchair. Rider switch available. Height restriction: 40" / 102 cm

Have fun shootin’ targets on Boot Hill with one of 18 infrared rifles, 'cuz nobody’s keepin’ score. Aim at moving and stationary targets: tarantulas, cactus, tombstones, and bits of the landscape—no people at which to shoot, thank goodness! Your reward for hitting a target is a surprise sight gag. Rifles are heavy—Dave's daughter Allie couldn’t properly hold one until she was nine. Cost is 50 cents for about 25 shots. Until 1987, this was the Frontierland Shooting Gallery with “real bullets” (lead shot). Wheelchair accessible. |
