You’re bold. You’re daring. You’re a Disney vacationer. Now, here’s your passport to an even more magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

Once you’ve tasted the Walt Disney World Resort, you’ll hunger for more. Most visits can only nibble at the many wonders the “World” holds. There is much, much more that can be done to make your vacation magical. We’ve been to Disney more than most and yet there are still things we haven’t done, and we add new discoveries to the wish list after every trip. It can all be a bit overwhelming, not to mention habit-forming.

To help you undertake your own magical explorations of the Walt Disney World Resort, we present a collection of useful information about some of its lesser-known aspects and attractions. This is our “everything else” chapter. To begin, we give you a backstage pass to the guided tours, special classes, and educational programs Disney offers—from peeks behind the scenes to dives under the seas. From there, we lead you on a treasure hunt for fun tucked away inside the parks—both real “treasure hunts” and hunts for items you’ll treasure. We’ve even added a mini worksheet for those of you who love to shop!

Next we share our special tricks for feeling and looking like a VIP on your trip—a little extra-special attention can go a long way! Then we give you the lowdown on childcare programs. Your kids may find these more fun than the theme parks themselves—no kidding! Special occasions and events aren’t forgotten either, with ideas, tips, and details on celebrating birthdays, engagements, weddings, honeymoons, anniversaries, holidays, and more. Before we say goodbye, we’ll leave you with information for explorations beyond Orlando at other Disney vacation spots—from exotic ports of call to home lands.

So get out that pixie dust and don your sorcerer’s hat—we’re making magic, Disney-style!
