Opened May 27, 2017, this is the main eatery in the new Pandora land at Disney's Animal Kingdom. This "fast casual" eatery offers healthy and inventive cuisine. Breakfast choices include pork hash ($8.99), steamed breakfast pod ($8.49), and French toast ($7.99). Lunch and dinner bring choices like chopped chicken bowl ($11.49), steamed curry pods ($10.99), and blueberry cream cheese mousse ($5.29). The Pandoran Sunrise drink ($4.49) is a mix of juices and tastes delicious! Looks for the displays of art and cultural items from Na'vi. Mobile ordering through the My Disney Experience app is available at this eatery, which allows guests to bypass the queue to order when they arrive at the restaurant. We really enjoyed our visit here in June 2017 and found the mobile ordering to be a far faster option than standing in the normal queue. Note that you cannot find a table until you have your food. Beverage stations are self-service and allow refills, which is helpful for thirsty guests.

DinoLand’s only sit-down meal offers choices like an Angus bacon cheeseburger ($13.29), chili cheese hot dog ($10.69), chicken nuggets ($10.49), chicken BLT salad ($12.99), black bean burger ($13.49), and chocolate mousse or cheesecake in a glass ($4.59). Kids meals are $8.49–$8.99 for your choice of turkey wrap, PB&J, chicken nuggets, or cheeseburger. The indoor, air-conditioned dining areas are fun—it’s a weathered, dig site bunker with broken equipment, humorous signs, and educational displays. Note: The fries and nuggets here are no longer McDonald’s versions but rather Disney’s, and are pretty good. Mobile ordering through the My Disney Experience app is available at this eatery.

This new signature restaurant opened May 2016 on Discovery Island, behind Pizzafari. Open for both lunch and dinner, you'll find an upscale, diverse menu of African, Asian, and Indian foods. Menu choices include lobster-popcorn thai curry soup ($13), grilled heads-on prawn ($37), pomegranate-lacquered chicken ($36), and the Tiffins signature bread service with pomegranate olive oil, Tadka, black-eyed pea hummus, Zhough yogurt ($10). The food is delicious and the atmosphere is more refined than other eateries at the park, but Jennifer did not find the experience otherwise remarkable during her visit in June 2017. Alexander liked his scallops, but thought the portion was very small. A new fixed-price lunch is now being offered from 11:00 am to 3:30 pm, during which you can choose between two entrees, and either an appetizer or a dessert (appetizers are Apple Walnut Salad or Spiced Chickpea Falafel; entrees are Wagyu Beef Tagine, Paella, or Roasted Chicken Breast. Dessert are South American Chocolate Ganache and Guava Mousse). This fixed-price lunch is $35 per person, or two Disney Dining Plan credits. Seating is both indoors and outdoors, and it overlooks the the river (but does not offer a view of the new Rivers of Light nighttime spectacular). The restaurant is named after a “tiffin,” which is an Indian-English word for those typically silver, stacked containers used to carry food while traveling.

This counter next door to the restaurant by the same name (see page 247) offers familiar Asian favorites in cute little boxes, such as teriyaki beef bowl ($11.49), honey chicken ($10.69), Korean stir-fry barbecue chicken ($9.99), Asian chicken sandwich ($9.99), and ginger chicken salad ($10.49). Sides such as pork egg rolls ($3.29) and chicken fried rice ($4.99) are also available. Kids’ meals are $5.49–$6.99 and include your choice of cheeseburger or chicken bites. Seating is at plentiful tables and chairs, though shade is something of a scarce commodity. You could also take your tray to the riverside seating area behind Drinkwallah.
