Oh, Canada! This steakhouse-in-a-stone-cellar is one of World Showcase’s most popular spots, and reservations may be hard to get. Warm lighting, brocade upholstery, and stained glass make this the coziest cellar around— an upscale steakhouse style with Canadian accents. Both lunch and dinner are Signature Dining, and now serve the same menu all day. Appetizers ($11-$19) include Maine lobster and heirloom tomatoes. Entrees ($29–$54) include a coffee-rubbed ribeye, mushroom filet mignon, chicken roulade, venison osso bucco, New York strip, veggie gnocchi, and striped bass. Sides of truffle fries, mashed potatoes, and smoked mac and cheese are also available. The luscious cheddar cheese soup ($11) is a big favorite at any time. Leave room for dessert—chocolate moose maple leaf ($11) anyone? |

Hamburgers and chicken sammies ($8.29–$14.49) weren’t as American as peach cobbler ($4.29) back in Colonial days, but they are now. A toppings bar adds relish to the basic fare, while a Southwest red, white, and blue chicken salad ($10.95) provides an alternative. Kosher items available. Seating indoors and out. Mobile ordering is now available at this eatery. |
