SHOPPING AT DISNEY'S HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS

General merchandise shopping is on Hollywood and Sunset Boulevards. Many major attractions have a themed shop, too. All shops can be entered without going on a ride. Here are our favorites:

Disney’s Hollywood Studios has several unique restaurants and cafes, and many participate in a Fantasmic! Meal Package. See dining and package details starting on page 242.

The focus at this park is on independent shows and rides rather than on a never-ending stream of entertainment. Be prepared for walking and waiting. Your reward is longer, lovingly produced shows, more intense rides, and fascinating backstage glimpses.

The pavement in front of The Chinese Theater (The Great Movie Ride) is full of celebrity footprints and handprints.

    Writer's Stop has been gone for some time. Sid Cuehengas was a sort of Guest Services the last time I was there. I don't think there was anything for sale there anymore.
