Entertainment is simply a matter of course at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The unique “streetmosphere” performers make their home along famous boulevards of Hollywood and Sunset, as well as Echo Lake. Dressed in 1940s-style garb, they’re responsible for all sorts of on-the-street shenanigans.

Frozen fans enjoy For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing- Along Celebration held in the Hyperion Theater several times during the day. This 25-minute retelling of the story is a big hit with Anna and Elsa fans. The show grew out from the Frozen Summer Fun event, but it seems it will be around for a while.

There's currently no big parade at this park, but you may catch the March of the First Order as Captain Phasma leads her squad of Stormtroopers up Hollywood Boulevard to Center Stage at Disney’s Hollywood Studios (usually at the top of the hour between 10:00 am and 4:00 am).

The Theater of the Stars hosts a new nightly show—"The Music of Pixar Live! A Symphony of Characters." This concert features a full orchestra performing songs from popular Pixar films such as, "Toy Story," "Up," "Finding Nemo," and more. The show performs three time a night. No end date has been announced.

Come evening, it’s Mickey versus villains in Fantasmic!  at the expanded Hollywood Hills Amphitheater. Fantasmic! is a spectacular 25-minute mix of live action, music, and fireworks. Schedule changes seasonally, so check the Times Guide. The “Made with Magic” Ear Hats and accessories light up and interact with Fantasmic!

Fantasmic Tip: Later shows have shorter waits and better seating. Fantasmic! is popular, though we can take it or leave it. A Fantasmic! Meal Package may be available with special seating—see page 243.

You're going to love the Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular Fireworks show available nightly at the Studios. The 12-minute show features state-of-the-art projection effects, dynamic lighting, lasers and pyrotechnics. Watch for iconic scenes from the Star Wars movies, including music and familiar characters! We've spotted Tatooine, Trade Federation battle droids, and the Death Star. Be sure to get to your fireworks viewing spot early (we recommend standing with a good view of the front of the Chinese Theater's facade) to see the new "Disney Movie Magic," which is held nightly prior to the Star Wars Galactic Spectacular fireworks—it contains scenes from Disney live action movies projected onto the Chinese Theater. Note that the Galactic Spectacular fireworks show will go on hiatus during the holiday season in favor of the Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! holiday fireworks show.
