Main Street Vehicles [D-5] A-OK! |
Catch a one-way ride to or from the hub in vehicles fashioned after those popular at the turn of the 20th Century. We’ve seen horseless carriages, trolleys pulled by draft horses, and even a fire engine. These vehicles are fun to ride in if you’re willing to wait in the slow, long lines. No time? Just walk instead. Vehicles tend to stop operating later in the day and during parades. Must transfer from wheelchair. Alex’s ToddlerTip: “Look at the horses!” Allie’s TeenTip: “It’s a bit boring.” |

Looking for interactive fun? “Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom” is a role-playing game using playing cards and electronic game kiosks, where guests battle the Disney Villains who are trying to take over the Magic Kingdom. Look for the “Sorcerer Recruitment Center” at the Firehouse on Main Street to pick up your quest, an activated Portal Key card, a pack of five random cards, and a map. Challenges are found everywhere but Tomorrowland. You can play (and trade with others for needed cards) as you and/or your group tour the park. |

Town Square Theater (Meet Mickey) [D-6] |
Mouse fans gather in the theater’s ornate lobby before being ushered into a backstage world of steamer trunks and whimsical theatrical props, where Mickey graciously greets (and sometimes talks) to guests. Wonderful details make this an above-average meet-n-greet. This is also the park’s PhotoPass Center |

Walt Disney World Railroad [D-6] A-OK! |
Circle the Magic Kingdom on a popular steam train, with stops at Main Street, U.S.A., Frontierland, and Fantasyland. You’ll catch glimpses of all but Liberty Square along the 1.5-mile journey. Ride the full route for fun, or disembark at any stop to travel through the park. Personal strollers must be folded before entering station. Replacement rental strollers may be available at other stops (hold on to your name tag!), but are not guaranteed. Attraction is closed during fireworks. Wheelchair and ECV friendly. Alex’s ToddlerTip: “Choo choo!” Allie’s KidTip: “Kids like this train! It doesn’t go too fast.” Note: This attraction will temporarily close in December 2018 while the new TRON attraction is under construction; during this period the train will sit at the Main Street station so you can get up close and personal for photo ops! |
