For best results, access our comprehensive and interactive Lodging Worksheet integrated into the LIVE! Guide—access it from the LIVE! Guide Tools sidebar. Use it to note your preferences, information, and discoveries. You can personalize it, too! If you prefer to work offline, you may download a special interactive PDF (requires Adobe Acrobat) that can be saved on your desktop. Bonus: This PDF prints out in a format that will fit in the Deluxe binders!

Using your preferences above, call Disney’s Reservations phone line at 407-939-6244 or visit http://www.disneyworld.com and jot down resort availabilities in the table on the next page. It works best for us when we write the available days in the far left column, followed by the resort, view/type, special requests, rate, and total cost in the columns to the right. Draw lines between different availabilities. Circle those you decide to use, and then record the reservation numbers, as you’ll need them to confirm, cancel, or make changes later. The two columns at the far right let you note confirmations and room deposits so you don’t forget and consequently lose your reservation.
