DINING ON THE DISNEY CRUISE LINE

Your cruise includes all food onboard (including room service) and lunch at Castaway Cay. Soft drinks are free at meals and at the beverage station. Alcoholic beverages are extra. Each night you’ll be assigned to a different dining room. Royal Palace (Dream), Royal Court (Fantasy), Lumiere’s (Magic), or Triton’s (Wonder) is the most formal dining room, which is also open daily to all for full-service breakfast and lunch. Enchanted Garden (Dream/ Fantasy) and Carioca’s/Tiana's Place (Magic/Wonder) are more casual, and also host the breakfast buffets. Animator’s Palate is an extraordinary room that transforms before your eyes. Palo is the ships’ intimate, adults-only restaurant with an elegant Italian menu and marvelous service. You may reserve a table at Palo ($30/person surcharge) in advance online or in person on the afternoon that you board, and seats can go quickly. The Dream and Fantasy add adults-only Remy, a fine French restaurant, for $95. Breakfast and lunch buffets and snacks are served on Deck 9/11. Fountain drinks are complimentary from the beverage station on Deck 9/11.

NOTES FOR DISNEY CRUISE LINE

State any preferences at reservation time and again a month before you sail. Your cruise documentation with your room assignment arrives a few weeks before you sail, and you can check-in online.

Passports are not required for regular itineraries, but we still suggest them. Get your required papers in order long before you depart.

All shore-side food, transportation, and entertainment in every port of call except Castaway Cay is at your own expense. Unless you are especially adventuresome, we suggest you either book a shore excursion (listed in your cruise documentation) or stay onboard.

Dress is casual, but wear a dress/jacket at the Captain’s reception, dinner at Royal Palace/Court/Lumiere’s/Triton’s, and Palo and Remy.

TIPS FOR DISNEY CRUISE LINE

To save money, book a cruise-only passage as early as possible. You can still book ground transfers through Disney.

Your day at Castaway Cay is short. Be sure to wake up early!
