The largest of Disney’s Deluxe Villa Resorts is just across the lake from Disney Springs. Opened in May 2004 and completed in 2009, Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa offers deluxe villas for Disney Vacation Club members and nightly rentals for everyone.

Saratoga Springs stretches out over 65 acres adjacent to the Lake Buena Vista Golf Course and across Village Lake from Disney Springs. This Victorian-styled resort is modeled on the historic vacation escape in Upstate New York. The fashionable elite of New York City journeyed up the Hudson on Commodore Vanderbilt’s railroad to sip the health spa’s waters, stroll its shady byways, and cheer their race horses to victory. Disney’s architects soaked up the town’s Arts and Crafts atmosphere to bring its essence to Walt Disney World. Saratoga Springs' 18 lodges cluster around the resort’s lakes in six districts. Of those, Congress Park, The Springs, The Paddock, The Carousel, and The Grandstand represent the resort’s theme of history, health, and horses. The new Treehouse Villas weigh in as the sixth district. The Carriage House check-in and hospitality building also offers dining and shopping.

Studio villas (355 sq. ft.) accommodate up to four guests with one queen bed, a sofa bed, sink, microwave, and a small refrigerator. The one-bedroom (714 sq. ft.) and two-bedroom (1,075 sq. ft.) villas hold up to 4 or 8 guests respectively and offer master suites with king beds and whirlpool tubs, DVD players, sofa beds, full kitchens, and washers/dryers. The Grand Villas (2,113 sq. ft.) sleep up to 12 on two levels and feature three bedrooms—the living room, dining room, and master suite (with its whirlpool tub) are on the first level, and on the second level are two more bedrooms with queen beds and private baths. The Treehouse Villas (1,074 sq. ft.) sleep up to 9 people in three bedrooms. All villas have a laptop-sized safe, and high-speed Internet access is available at no charge.
