PLAYING & RELAXING

For Athletes: Well-marked paths are ideal for walks and jogs.
For Children: Quiet playgrounds are located within each resort (locations vary—see map on page 40 for playground locations).
For Gamers: Each resort’s main hall has an arcade—some games reward players with tickets that can be redeemed for small prizes.
For Shoppers: Donald’s Double Feature (Movies), Maestro Mickey’s (Music), and Sport Goofy (Sports) offer gifts and sundries.
For Swimmers: Each resort offers a main pool and a smaller pool. Movies’ main pool conjures up the fun of Fantasia, Music’s main pool is in the shape of a guitar, and Sports’ main pool is styled after a surfing lagoon. All main pools have children’s wading pools nearby.

GETTING ABOUT

Buses (see chart below for in-transit times) are found outside the main halls in each resort. Stops are well-marked and offer benches. We find the bus service efficient, but some guests complain of waiting too long. Destinations other than those below can be reached by changing buses at Disney’s Animal Kingdom (daytime) or Disney Springs (evening). Guests may find a car useful at this resort, and ample parking is freely available around the resort.
