PassPorter can act as your first source of information for the Walt Disney World Resort. The LIVE! Guide is always accessible either by your Internet-connected computer or smartphone, by PDF on any device (with or without Internet), or on good ol' paper if you prefer to print your favorite pages out. We like to think it packs a lot of information in with an organized, concise manner. Everything you need to know to plan a wonderful Disney vacation can be found within its pages.

Do keep in mind that the Walt Disney World Resort is constantly changing. We’ve taken every step to ensure that your PassPorter is as up-to-date as possible, and we keep it updated on a daily basis in our LIVE! Guide. You can see what's changed and updated at any time in the What's New section of the LIVE! Guide and at PassPorter.com. If you have ideas, questions, or corrections, please contact us—see page 308.

Oodles of travel guidebooks are available if you have a hankering for second opinions. We highly recommend The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World by Bob Sehlinger for its irreverence, sheer quantity of detail, and touring plans. Birnbaum’s Walt Disney World offers the official line and plenty of cheerful Disney character graphics.

Call the Walt Disney World Resort at 407-WDW-MAGIC (407-939-6244) or e-mail them through their web site (DisneyWorld.com) when you need answers to specific questions. In our experience, their representatives are very friendly, but they rarely volunteer information and won’t offer opinions. Prepare questions in advance. If the person you reach doesn’t have an answer, call back—several times if necessary. Don’t hesitate to ask for a manager if you can’t get the information you need.

Travel agents you know and trust can be a great source of information— many have web sites, too. PassPorter uses and recommends Mouse Fan Travel at MouseFanTravel.com. Also check with membership organizations that arrange travel, such as AAA (see page 11).

Magazines and newsletters about Disney are also available. Our own free weekly PassPorter News has Disney and other travel features, book updates, news, reviews, reports, contests, tips, and deals—subscribe at PassPorter.com (subscribers are also entitled to a discount at the PassPorter Store). ALL EARS® Newsletter is a free unofficial weekly e-mail with Disney articles and news—subscribe at AllEars.Net. Annual Passholders in the United States (see page 10) receive a quarterly newsletter from Disney. And, for the price of a gold membership fee ($79.99), D23 members receive the Disney twenty-three publication quarterly, which contains exclusive interviews with filmmakers and Imagineers, plus behind-the-scenes glimpses—all in glossy color (subscribe at D23.com).

      RE: Finding Disney Information Text

It says you can print your favorite pages however when I try to print my checked eateries and attractions....or any of my personal notes....it says this feature is not available yet. That is very disappointing and I don't think should be stated as a feature if it is not yet available.
