All cruises offer at least one dining theme night simultaneously in the three main dining rooms, and the longer cruises add several more. These theme nights have their own menus and take place on different nights, depending upon your cruise length and destination. For tips on figuring out which night of your cruise you can expect these themed dinners, see page 182. Here are the menus for the most common theme nights.

Pirates IN the Caribbean (theme night most cruises; menu on 4+ night cruises)

This theme night is enjoyed by all Disney cruisers, and all but the three-night cruises have a special menu (guests on the three-night cruises have their regular rotational menu). The special menu is presented on a rolled “treasure map” that you can keep as a souvenir. For more information, see page 207: appetizers (Sri Sumbhajee's vegetable samosa, Master Gibbs' "1/2 pint of shrimp" cocktail, Boucanier smoked saucisson, baked brie, brioche, and honey; Davy Jones' Locker rock crab cake); soups and salads (carrot and cilantro soupchilled mango soup, fennel, orange, and quinoa salad; romaine wedge); main courses (Jack's treasure-of-the-seas grilled shrimp and seared scallops, Cortes's cilantro marinated Caribbean grouper filet, Tia Dolma's jerk chicken, Chevalle's lamb shank, King George's roasted Privateer strip loin, vegetarian selections—Shanghaied noodle stir-fry, Barbary Coast falafel, lighter offerings—braised barbecue beef rib salad, grilled sirloin steak, roasted breast of chicken, baked filet of salmon); desserts (Bounty fruit cobbler, banana bread with hazelnut fudge filling, rum-soaked chocolate cake, Pirate's Treasure sundae, caramel macadamia nut cheesecake tart, no-sugar-added coconut créme flan with tropical fruits).

Prince and Princess (most 7+ night cruises)

appetizers (marinated sliced salmon, roasted tomatoes with goat cheese, scallops au gratin, cheese soufflé); soups and salads (potato and sausage soup, garden consommé, radicchio and endive Caesar salad, mixed greens with apples, walnuts, and blue cheese); main courses (fillet of turbot, smoked salmon salad, parma ham wrapped chicken breast, rack of lamb, beef Wellington, roasted chicken breast, baked salmon, vegetarian selections—sesame tofu steak, lasagna, mushroom pasta); desserts (chilled chocolate soufflé, lemon cheesecake, banana bread pudding, ice cream sundae, no-sugar-added desserts—strawberries and cream, tiramisu, sugar-free ice cream).

Captain’s Gala (all 7+ night cruises)

appetizers (oysters Rockefeller, sautéed shrimp, grilled vegetables and beef prosciutto, fresh fruit cocktail); soups and salads (wild forest mushroom soup, chilled tomato consommé, garden fresh salad, Californian mixed salad leaves); main courses (baked lobster tail, sesame seared tuna loin, steamed sole, pan-seared venison medallions, fettuccine with parmesan chicken, panko-breaded stuffed pork, baked salmon, roasted chicken breast, vegetarian selection—gingered soba noodles, bleu cheese and asparagus risotto); desserts (amaretto cheesecake, chocolate lava cake, banana crème brûlée, dessert sampler trio, ice cream sundae, no-sugar-added desserts).

Til We Meet Again or See Ya Real Soon (all 7+ night cruises)

appetizers (spinach artichoke dip, chilled tuna roll with caviar, seafood medley, chicken satays); soups and salads (crawfish and lobster bisque, chilled potato leek soup, romaine salad, Florida citrus and baby spinach, bib lettuce); main courses (grilled beef tenderloin, roasted Cornish hen, garlic and rosemary-marinated sirloin of lamb, seafood linguini pasta, roasted salmon, rib-eye steak, roasted chicken breast, baked salmon, vegetarian selections—vegetable strudel, portobello moussaka); desserts (chocolate decadence, celebration cake, deep-dish apple-cranberry pie, baked Alaska, dessert sampler, no-sugar-added desserts).
