Repositioning and One-Way Cruises: If a cruise ship has to move from one home port to another, there's almost always a repositioning cruise ("repo") on the agenda. These one-way voyages are popular with veteran cruisers who appreciate extra days at sea and often, bargain rates. Disney Cruise Line mixes most one-way itineraries into their regional schedules (Caribbean, European, etc.), but we gather them all here. Starting in Fall 2018 Disney Cruise Line offers several one-way cruises.

Panama Canal Repositioning Itineraries: The Disney Wonder's Alaska/Mexico seasons require passages through the Panama Canal. In 2018, all are 14-night voyages. The Fall 2018 trips depart San Diego in October, bound for Galveston, stopping in Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta, Cartagena, Grand Cayman and Cozumel. The Early 2018 cruise from Port Canaveral to San Diego stops in Cartagena, Puntarenas (Costa Rica), Puerto Vallarta, and Cabo San Lucas.

Alaska Repositioning Itineraries: On May 16, 2018 the Wonder departs San Diego for Vancouver, Canada on a 5-night northbound cruise that stops in San Francisco and Victoria, BC. The September 10, 2018 4-night southbound cruise leaves Vancouver bound for San Diego, with a first-time stop in Astoria (Portland), Oregon.

Transatlantic Repositioning Itineraries: On May 13, 2018 the Magic departs Miami on an 13-night eastbound cruise headed for Barcelona. She'll pay visits to Ponta Delgada (Azores), Lisbon (Portugal), Cádiz, Málaga, and Ibiza (Spain), plus seven days at sea. On September 9, 2018 the Magic departs Dover on an 11-night westbound cruise bound for New York. She'll visit Portland (England), Cork (Ireland), Sydney and Halifax (Nova Scotia), and Saint John  (New Brunswick), and spend five days at sea.
