Driving directions from the Orlando airport: Follow airport signs to the “North Exit” and take the Beachline Expressway (528) east 43 mi. (69 km.) to Cape Canaveral. You’ll need $3.00 in bills/coins for tolls, round trip.

From Orlando and Walt Disney World—You have five options: ground transfer, town car/limo, rental car, taxi, and your own car. Disney offers ground transfers, and Quicksilver and Happy Limo offer town cars/limos/vans to Port Canaveral (see page 77). If you’re driving, take the Greenway (SR-417) to exit 26, and then take the Beach Line (SR-528) to Port Canaveral. Allow at least one hour and $3.00 for tolls. See directions below to the terminal.

From I-75—Take I-75 south to Florida’s Turnpike. Take the turnpike south to exit 254 and take the Beachline Expressway (528) east 50 mi. (80 km.) to Port Canaveral. Expect $8.25 in tolls. See directions below to terminal.

From I-95—Take I-95 to exit 205 East and take the Beachline Expressway (528) east 12 mi. (19 km.) to Port Canaveral.

From Port Canaveral to the Disney Cruise Line Terminal—As you drive east on the Beachline Expressway (528), you’ll cross two bridges (see if you can spot your ship when you’re atop these bridges). After the second bridge, take the Route 401 exit to the “A” cruise terminals and follow the signs to the Disney Cruise Line Terminal (detailed on page 85).
