Insider Exclusives—All Castaway Club members get access to the Compass Newsletter, webcasts, information, news, and tips. This information is available at the Castaway Club web site noted on the previous page.

Early Activity Booking—Yes, you get early online access to book Palo, Remy, and parasailing—and many other amenities and shore excursions—before non-members! The Castaway Club web site will tell you the exact day your early access begins! Note that you must have your cruise paid in full before you can book activities online.

Toll-Free Number—You have a dedicated phone number: 800-449-3380.

Early Itinerary Booking—Members can be among the first to book Disney’s newest itineraries and ships before others—three days early for Platinum, two days for Gold, and one day for Silver. Dates for early booking are announced online and through travel agents.

Special Check-In—All Castaway Club members can use the exclusive, members-only check-in counters at the cruise terminal! This typically means faster service, plus it’s fun to be in the members-only line! You will receive a special lanyard, color-coded to your membership level, too! The Key to the World card you receive at check-in also distinguishes you as a Castaway Club member—your card will have Goofy on it (unless you’re in Concierge, then it depicts Mickey; first-time cruisers get Donald Duck).

Stateroom Gift—All members get a special gift in their stateroom to welcome them back! Past gifts have included tote bags, lithographs, and towels. Gifts are one per stateroom, regardless of the number of guests in the room, but the gift type is based on the highest level Castaway Club member in the stateroom. Platinum members receive an extra set of gifts on the first night of their cruise, which have included a leather document case, chocolate truffles, luggage straps, and complimentary snacks or beverages.

Onboard Reception—Gold and Platinum members on 8-night and longer cruises get an invitation in their stateroom to attend an exclusive Castaway Club reception onboard. At the reception are snacks and complimentary beverages, as well as crew and officers—and often a visit from the Captain! Tip: Look for your family’s name on the monitors!

Merchandise Offers—Gold and Platinum members can take advantage of special onboard shopping opportunities, such as 10% off merchandise in the shops or early access to special collectibles. A typical offer is when you spend $100 or more in one purchase at one of the onboard gift shops, you get a $25 credit back.

Priority Check-In—Platinum members get concierge priority boarding check-in at the cruise terminal. You get a boarding pass that allows you to board with group one (the first group to board the ship!), and at Port Canaveral, use of a special pre-boarding area.

Exclusive Experiences—Platinum members receive invitations to special cruise activities. Recent Platinum cruisers have received invitations for a backstage theater tour onboard or an inside look at the Castaway Cay animal program.

Palo Dinner—Platinum members ages 18 and older (and their guests staying in the same stateroom) get the Palo dining service fee ($30) complimentary for one dinner.

Additionally, some Platinum cruisers report that when they book another cruise while onboard, they have received larger onboard credits!
