Once you’ve got a Disney cruise under your belt, you’re an automatic member of Disney’s Castaway Club cruiser loyalty program. As a Castaway Club member, you get special, member-only perks for future cruises, such as exclusive insider information, a special toll-free number, special check-in area, and a free “welcome back” gift in your stateroom. In October 2009, the Castaway Club was enhanced with even more benefits for cruisers with multiple sailings!

Castaway Club membership is organized into three tiers based on the number of Disney cruises you’ve completed—Silver (1–4 cruises), Gold (5–9 cruises), and Platinum (10+ cruises). Benefits for each tier are below, and explanations of each benefit on are the next page.

Membership is automatic once you complete your first Disney cruise. You can lookup your Castaway Club membership level, past cruises, and program information at https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/castaway-club/, or call 888-DCL-2500.

When you book your next cruise, be sure that Disney or your travel agent knows you are a Castaway Club member—don’t just assume they have this information. It’s important that your reservations be properly linked with your Castaway Club account so you get credit for them!

When guests with different Castaway Club membership levels cruise together in the same stateroom, all guests in that stateroom are treated as if they are at same level as the highest-level guest in the stateroom. This means that everyone in the stateroom is invited to any special receptions or experiences, everyone gets the same color lanyard, etc. This courtesy does not apply to linked staterooms, however.
