What system requirements are needed to use PassPorter's LIVE! Guide and Trip Planner Tools?
The LIVE! Guide and Trip Planner system has been built to be usable on as many systems and browsers as possible. To our knowledge, it works on the latest, stable releases of all major browsers. On Windows, we support Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 8-11, Microsoft Edge, and Opera. On Mac, we support Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Opera. On iOS, Safari and Chrome are supported. On Android, Chrome, Firefox, and Android v5.0+. We've personally tested it on a Mac Pro, iMac, Windows 8, iPad with iOS 8, iPhone with iOS 9, Kindle Fire, and Sony PlayStation 4 with success. The LIVE! Guide and Trip Planner is designed to be mobile friendly, and will auto-resize windows to fit your device screen. An Internet connection is required to use the LIVE! Guide and Trip Planner system.

What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments. You may update and change your billing information -- please e-mail us at support@passporter.com for assistance.

How quickly will I get my Pass to PassPorter's LIVE! Guide and Trip Planner Tools after payment?
If you pay for your Pass subscription with a credit card or with PayPal funds, your subscription goes into effect immediately after payment. If you pay for your Pass subscription with a PayPal eCheck, you must wait for the eCheck to clear (3-4 business days) before your subscription goes into effect. If you pay through an alternative method, you may need to wait up to 24 hours after we receive your payment before we can activate your pass.

Can I share my PassPorter's LIVE! Guide and Trip Planner Pass?
Pass subscriptions are for individuals residing in the same households, connecting under the PassPorter account. You may not share your login/password with others. You may, however, share copies of the any printed or downloaded files with other individuals residing in the same household as you, with the understanding that they will not share the files with others. You may share copies of your printed worksheets with members of your traveling party, which may include extended family members not residing in your household and/or friends.

Will my LIVE! Guide Pass subscription renew automatically?
Yes, your Pass subscription will continue to renew automatically until you cancel it, we cancel it, or your billing information causes it to cancel (i.e., lack of funds). You will receive an e-mail 6 days before your Pass subscription is due to renew as a friendly reminder.

Can I cancel my Pass subscription?
You may cancel your Pass subscription at any time by following these directions:
1. Go to https://www.passporter.com/guide/subscription.php
2. Click the "Unsubscribe from this plan" link.
3. Click the 'Cancel Subscription' button on the confirmation page.

If I cancel my Pass subscription, can I still see read the books or view my saved data?
If you printed or downloaded any books, you can continue to read them on your devices, but you cannot view the LIVE! Guides without an active pass. Your saved data -- such as trip itineraries and worksheet data -- remains available to you, but without the ability to change or modify it.

I cancelled my subscription, but I can still access the LIVE! Guide and Trip Planner. Why?
Your Pass remains in effect for the duration of the time period for which you paid. On the day that your next subscription payment would have automatically gone through (your billing date), you will lose your access to the special features of the LIVE! Guide and Trip Planner. For example, if you subscribed for one year and cancelled on the sixth month, you would have roughly six more months of access remaining until the access is removed. Your access remains until midnight Eastern Time on your billing date.

I cancelled my subscription, but the money I already paid wasn't refunded. Why?
Cancelling a subscription only cancels future payments, not any payments already made. We do not issue refunds for the remaining portion of your yearly payment when you cancel unless you request your money back within 45 days. To act upon our 45-day money guarantee, please send us an e-mail at support@passporter.com within 45 days of purchase and we'll refund your money, no questions asked!


PassPorter's LIVE! Guide and Trip Planner Subscriber Agreement

The PassPorter's LIVE! Guide and Trip Planner Subscriber Agreement is a legal document that details your rights and obligations as a subscriber. You cannot acquire a subscription until you have accepted the terms of the Subscriber Agreement. The Subscriber Agreement provides very important information about your subscription, so you should take the time to read and understand it.

It may be necessary for MediaMarx, Inc. to update or revise certain provisions of the Subscriber Agreement. By ordering a subscription to the PassPorter's Trip Planner and accepting the Subscriber Agreement you agree that MediaMarx, Inc. may change the terms of this Subscriber Agreement. If MediaMarx, Inc. makes material changes or revisions to the Subscriber Agreement, we will provide notice to you thirty days in advance. Notification will be sent to the e-mail address that you provide for your account. It will be your responsibility to keep your e-mail address valid at all times. (You may change your e-mail address on your account by logging in with your original e-mail address, going to My Home and clicking the Edit Email and Password button.) If you don't agree to the changes proposed by MediaMarx, Inc., or to any of the terms in this Subscriber Agreement, your only remedy is to cancel your PassPorter's Trip Planner subscription.

1. Basics of Your PassPorter's LIVE! Guide and Trip Planner Subscription

This Agreement is your entire agreement with MediaMarx, Inc. and governs your use of the PassPorter's LIVE! Guide and Trip Planner online service. To access the PassPorter's LIVE! Guide and Trip Planner service you must accept the terms of this Agreement. To be a subscriber of PassPorter's LIVE! Guide and Trip Planner, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are not yet eighteen years old, you may still use PassPorter's Trip Planner, but only if the account was created and registered by your parent or guardian.

When you accept this Agreement and complete the PassPorter's LIVE! Guide and Trip Planner subscription process, you become a subscriber of PassPorter's LIVE! Guide and Trip Planner. Each subscription is to be used for one household. Illegal or improper use by someone to whom you have given permission to use your account puts your account at risk. So it is very important that you do not share your password with anyone. If your subscription is terminated for violating this Agreement, you will not be entitled to a refund. MediaMarx's express permission will be necessary before you are allowed to use PassPorter's LIVE! Guide and Trip Planner again.

2. Charges and Billing

MediaMarx, Inc. reserves the right to change our fees or billing methods at any time and MediaMarx, Inc. will provide notice of any such change at least thirty days in advance in the same manner described above for changes to the Subscriber Agreement. Any notifications of changes will be sent to the email address that you provide for your account. So it will be your responsibility to keep your email address updated and valid at all times. MediaMarx, Inc. also has the right to collect applicable taxes and impose premium surcharges for some areas of the service. If you don't like the changes in fees or billing methods, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

Once your account is activated into a subscription with the appropriate charge, it will be renewed automatically, unless you cancel before the next billing date. If you do not want to continue with your subscription, you must cancel BEFORE your next billing date. There will be no refunds for late cancellations, or cancellations that are made after the billing date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by going to https://www.passporter.com/guide/subscription.php and clicking the "Unsubscribe from this plan" link. Cancelling your subscription will immediately stop all future scheduled payments for this subscription.

Proprietary Rights

Much of the content available on our service is owned by MediaMarx, Inc., and is protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. Any content that you upload or download while using the service must be authorized; this means you must have the legal right to upload or download the content. You must not copy, transmit, modify, distribute, show in public or in private or create any derivative works from any of the content you find on MediaMarx, Inc., unless you have the legal right to. Making unauthorized copies of any content found in the PassPorter's Trip Planner can lead to the termination of your PassPorter's Trip Planner account and may even subject you to further legal action beyond the termination of your subscription.

3. Termination and Cancellation

Either you or MediaMarx, Inc. may terminate or cancel your subscription at any time. You understand and agree that the cancellation of your subscription is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with MediaMarx, Inc. This includes, but is not limited to, any dispute related to, or arising out of: (1) any term of this Agreement or MediaMarx's enforcement or application of this Agreement; (2) any policy or practice of MediaMarx, Inc. (3) the content available through PassPorter's LIVE! Guide and Trip Planner (4) your ability to access and/or use PassPorter's LIVE! Guide and Trip Planner; or (5) the amount or type of fees, surcharges, applicable taxes, billing methods, or any change to the fees, applicable taxes, surcharges or billing methods.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to https://www.passporter.com/guide/subscription.php and clicking the "Unsubscribe from this plan" link. If you do not have Internet access, you must send your cancellation request via US Mail to: MediaMarx, Inc., PO Box 3880, Ann Arbor, MI 48106. If you cancel online, your cancellation will be effective immediately. If you send your cancellation by US mail, the Cancellation will take effect within 72 hours of receipt of your request, or 10 days from your postmark, whichever is greater.

4. Responsibilities, Law, and Legal Notice

MediaMarx, Inc. is not affiliated with, authorized or endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with The Walt Disney Company, Disney Enterprises, Inc., or any of their affiliates.

While every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the information in our travel guides, the passage of time will always bring changes, and consequently, the publisher cannot accept responsibility for errors that may occur. All prices and operating schedules quoted are based on information available to us at press time. Operating hours, maps, resort policies, future attractions, admission fees, and other costs may change, and we advise vacationers to call ahead and verify these facts and any others that are subject to change. The authors and publishers shall not be held liable for any information (valid or invalid) presented here and do not represent The Walt Disney Company.

The Subscription Agreement represents your entire agreement with MediaMarx, Inc.. You agree that this Subscription Agreement is not intended to confer and does not confer any rights or remedies upon any person other than the parties to this Agreement. If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. The laws of the State of Michigan, excluding its conflicts-of-law rules, govern this Agreement and your subscription. As noted above, Subscriber conduct may be subject to other local, state, national, and international laws. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute with MediaMarx, Inc. or relating in any way to your subscription or your use of PassPorter's Trip Planner resides in the courts of Michigan and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of Michigan in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving MediaMarx, Inc. or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers and content providers.
