A grand restaurant at the Grand Floridian, Cítricos blends the fresh flavors of Florida and the Mediterranean with simplicity and elegance. Warm colors, tall windows, and well-spaced tables make this a very comfortable place. The menu changes frequently. Key West shrimp ($17) and charcuterie plate ($16) are appealing appetizers. Wonderful braised beef short ribs are available ($47), along with yellowtail red snapper ($40), Kurobuta pork porterhouse ($44) and quinoa ratatouille ($30). Wine pairings are a fine idea, and the desserts ($8-$12) are gorgeous! Kids’ menu entrees $9–$18. Dress code is “business casual” (see 5242).
