The Disneyland Railroad reopens in the summer of 2017, adding a new trestle bridge over the Rivers of America. It closed in January 2016, as a new northern bank was added to the waterway, part of the construction of the new Star Wars Land. While it's closed, though, Disney has a special experience planned for train buffs.
