We pride ourselves on being very quick to respond to any queries, registrations, orders, and general e-mail. We normally try to respond to all our e-mail within a few hours, or 24 hours at the very latest.
From time to time we may be slower to respond, and we want you to know rather than wait and wonder if we've run off to Walt Disney World. So on the right you'll find today's status, as well as a forecast of future dates.
Please use this information as a guide only. Like everyone else, we have emergencies
crop up and are unable to update this page. But this information will give you a good idea
of what to expect.
How Are Things Today?
We are here in the office and able to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Note: If you e-mail us and don't get an answer in a reasonable time,
it isn't because we're ignoring you or not here. Check your computer's date to ensure it
is set correctly, or your e-mail may be dated wrong and we may miss it. Normally we can
spot mis-dated e-mail, but we get hundreds of
e-mails a day so it isn't as easy. Please also consider
that e-mails go astray sometimes, and you may want to simply re-send your
e-mail if you don't receive a reply to your first one. Thanks!
The Extended Forecast
We'll be in the office for the most of
the year, with a winter break in the first week of February, a book
convention in early May, various Disney conventions in the summer, and
MouseFest in December. But even when we're away, other members of the
PassPorter team are here in the office and able to assist.
