We've created a handy-dandy PDF file with information on the RADP Barbecue Meet for the benefit of all those with PassPorter guidebooks. Of course, if you don't have a PassPorter yet you're still welcome to download this file.

A. First, check your computer to ensure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader. This is a free program and it is needed to read the PDF file. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download it for free from Adobe.com.

B. Download the RADPbbq.pdf file to your hard drive.

C. Open the RADPbbq.pdf file in Adobe Acrobat Reader. You should have two pages in the file.

D. If you want to put the printed file in your PassPorter, follow these steps for the best results:

1. Select File > Print
2. Uncheck the "Fit to Page" option
3. Print page 1 of 1.
4. When the first page prints, put the sheet back in the printer so the other side is ready to print.
5. Print page 2 of 2 (again with the "Fit to Page" option disabled)
6. Cut the sheet to size (use the box drawn around the text as your guide).
7. If you have a PassPorter Deluxe Edition, punch holes where indicated and place in your PassPorter.

If you have a PassPorter Regular (Spiral) Edition, trim the sheet at the dotted line and place in the appropriate PassPocket.
