Reader Quote of the Week
"I think the PassPorter is the best Disney World guide. It is well organized, the color maps are the best, and I find the ratings included in the book for the resorts, restaurants, and attractions very helpful." -- Kim Gavel (Check out our "Reader Feedback" for more reviews by real people in real time!)

    Is this Disney SOP?
    by smoore424

I called Disney Travel yesterday to confirm what park tickets we have on our reservation since online the park ticket field said "error". About 30 minutes after getting off the phone I received an email from Disney detailing EVERYTHING on our reservation, down to all the offers that are included in the package. Is this Standard Operating Proceedure or did I just get an extremely nice and helpful cast member?

you know the kind. The long 12 to 18 inch ones that are so thick that they come with their own sharpener. We bought one for Abby last year that she loves but she mentioned to me tonight that we didn't buy any this year when we went. I was thinking with Christmas coming, these pencils from Disney World would make a great and surprising stocking stuffer for her. I just don't want to sound like an idiot though calling Disney Merchandising and trying to describe it, especially since I ... (more)

I am planning on letting my DS go to Quest one day of our vacation. Does anyone know how late do the buses run? Is the bus stop close to the door? Don't know yet who is going w/ him but I am concerned about safety. My DS is telling me I'm over-reacting but what can I say I'm a Mom.:smirk:
