  General Update
The resort has been completely refurbished and is, from our readers' reports, looking great!

Rooms (& Layout) Update
We've heard from fellow vacationers that the rooms no longer offer mini-bars and/or in-room coffee makers. The official site states that coffeemakers are in the room, but not mini-bars. We stayed at the Caribbean Beach Resort 12/3-12/11 and can confirm that there are no mini-bars in the rooms, but there are still coffeemakers. Mugs, rain ponchos, and coffee packets are placed in the room — if you use any of these items, you will be charged the price listed on the outside of its package.

Food (Dining & Lounging) Update
If you purchase a refillable mug, you can get free hot chocolate packets even though they aren't sitting out for the taking. You will need to stand in line with your mug and request the packets. Don't be shy about requesting two packets, as the mugs are pretty big and one packet isn't quite enough.

Read our review of the Captain's Tavern restaurant, located at Old PortRoyale.

The Bluerunner Pizza & Meal Delivery (room service) menu appears to have expanded since our last visit. To see the full menu, read our Bluerunner menu page or visit Deb Will's WDWIG site (where we contributed the menu). Note that food delivery requires a minimum delivery of $10, and it tacks on an extra 15% gratuity plus a $1.00 delivery charge.

Recreation (Playing & Relaxing) Update
None yet.

Transportation (Getting About) Update
The buses stop at Jamaica first now. There is also an internal bus that simply goes around the resort if you want to take the bus to Old Port Royale or the Customs House (Barbados). Also note that if you're staying in building 26 in Martinique, the closest bus stop is Calypso, not Martinique.
