Pack Your Tea Bags
"Traveling to Disney, not to mention touring, can be extremely tiring -- so much so that occasionally relaxing into sleep is difficult. Now that the resorts all have small coffee pots in the rooms, it really pays to bring packets of sleep or relaxation teas with you (several companies produce relaxation blends, such as Celestial Seasonings' Sleepytime or Bigelows' Sweet Dreams). Additionally, the food courts offer packets of honey at the condiments bar; a little pre-planning, and you have a nice comforting drink to ease you into bed. And tea bags take up hardly any room!"
