The start of a new year is always a good time to look ahead to the future, and for many of us, that means vacation plans.

We all look forward to our next visit to a Disney park, and we’ll be returning to Walt Disney World in September of this year. By that time, it will have been over 18 months since we were last there, and there will have been huge changes during that time, so what new things am I most looking forward to experiencing the next time we visit? My Journey from White-Knuckled Coward to Thrill Ride Junkie: A Walt Disney World Planning Article by Amy Jones on 01-01-2016
Picture it. Sicily. 1983.

Well, not Sicily, exactly--more like a traveling fair in Mayfield, Kentucky. I was six years old and in wide-eyed awe of every swirl of cotton candy, every pop-the-balloon game, and, of course, every ride. The ...

       NEWS
Recent Disney World News:
"Guests who dined at Yak & Yeti at Disney's Animal Kingdom and paid with a credit card from May 8 - December 3, 2015, should pay close attention to their statements. Landry's, Inc. which operates Yak & Yeti has had a data breach affecting credit card payments during this time frame. (Guests who paid with MagicBands were not affected.) The breach also affected the Landry's Seafood Restaurant in Orlando, and Bubba Gump Shrimp at Universal Orlando's CityWalk. It did not affect the Rainforest Cafe locations. "

       TIP
Keep Items Dry With Kali River Rapid Lockers
"Who doesn't love a trip down Kali River Rapids on a hot day? But what can you do with all your stuff that will get wet and may get soaked? There are lockers near the exit of the attraction that are free for up to 2 hours of use, with a $10 charge imposed after the 2 hours. They are available in small and large sizes, and there is a user friendly touch screen to assign your locker number. You choose a code to secure your belongings, so there is no key to hold onto. When we used them there was a cast member available if there were any questions or issues. "
