Jurassic Park -- The Ride

Description from PassPorter's Disneyland Resort and Southern California Guidebook:

Experience a lovely cruise down a Costa Rican river to an experimental dinosaur refuge. But beware—rafts have been “going off course” and venturing into the backstage holding pens where the most dangerous dinosaurs are on the loose, including a 50-foot-tall T. Rex. Like Disneyland’s Splash Mountain, this flume ride is gentle until you get to the big 84-foot drop at the end. Expect to get a bit wet—you may want to wear a poncho to avoid the splashes (a nearby vending machine sells them for $6). The best seats are in the front. Watch for the Mickey ears! 42"/107 cm. height restriction. Health and motion sickness warning. Transfer from wheelchair/ECV to ride. Child switch available.

Type: Thrill Ride
Scope: E-Ticket
Ages: Ages 9 & up
Thrill Factor: Steep drop, scary dinosaurs

Thrill Ride Duration: 6 min.
Special Considerations:
- Rider Swap Available
- Must transfer from ECV
- Must transfer from wheelchair
- Seating type: low bar

Normally you can just about walk right on this ride. With the success of Jurassic World the ride is popular again. Oh well, a little wait for a great ride.
