Shipping
Within U.S.
(includes Puerto Rico and APO/FPO)
Standard shipping is by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, which
arrives within 4-5 business days from the day you place your order. Shipping rates are
based on the weight of the items you order. Use the "Estimate
Shipping" button on store product pages to get estimated shipping
rates for your order.
Note: All orders are also subject to a reasonable handling
fee of $1.50 (per order, not per item), which covers the cost of order
processing and packaging. This handling fee is applied during the
checkout process.
Tip: All orders over $75, regardless of weight, get free shipping!
Shipping to International
Addresses
Standard shipping is by International Priority Mail, which usually
arrives within 1-4 weeks from the day you place your order. Shipping rates are based on
the weight of your order total (after discount, before tax).
Important: You may need to pay additional international shipping costs -- we will contact you by e-mail for your authorization if this is the case. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are
levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance
must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they
may be. Customs policies vary greatly -- contact your local customs office for further
information.

Please Note: Our store will trigger "free shipping" if your order is $75 or higher, but if our actual cost to ship your items internationally is too high (typical with international orders), we will put your order on hold and contact you to request additional funds for shipping.
Rush Shipping Options
Leaving for Walt Disney World soon? If you don't think standard Priority
Mail (U.S. addresses) or Global Priority Mail (international addresses) will get your
package to you in time, we're happy to accommodate your request for rush shipping. We can
ship domestic orders by USPS Express Mail, which usually arrives the next day after it is shipped. To indicate that you need
express shipping, please choose USPS Express Mail from the shipping option drop-down menu
during the order process. You may wish to contact us through the PassPorter Help Desk when you have a rush order, as we may be able to ship your order sooner.
