How To Return
1.
Locate your packing slip and indicate the reason for the return on it. If you do not have
your packing slip, please indicate your name, the item purchased, and your purchase price
on a separate piece of paper.
2. Re-pack the item with the packing slip in its original shipping carton (if
available). Please ensure the item is packed securely to avoid damage in transit.
3. Send the package back to us at the address below. For your protection, we recommend
you use Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

4. We will credit your account (if you paid with a credit card) or issue a check (if
you paid with a check or money order) to you upon receipt of your item. We will notify you
via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please
note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
