Questions/topics we discuss in this podcast: Traveling Between Parks... My husband thinks he's be bored
Hi, Jennifer and Sara! I'm a new convert to Passporter (guides, websites, podcasts, etc.) Thanks for making planning for our trip so much fun!
I am traveling to Disney World for 8 days in November with three other adults and a two-year old. We are not on the same page about how to handle meals. One member of our group wants to have at least one sit-down meal per day. Another member (the mother of the child) would like to stick to counter service meals so that the two year old doesn't get bored. Since reservations are so hard to obtain, we cannot really play it by ear. What would you recommend? How much should we eat at table service and how much should we depend on counter service? Are there table service meals that would be particularly condusive to dining with a two year old? Any advice would be appreciated!
Much Thanks,
Kristin (Aurora0284)

Hi Moms,
Great podcast! Keep up the good work.
I have a question regarding DVC membership and the free dining promotions. Do you hear any grumbling around the DVC community about this? It seems in a way that Disney is short changing their loyal customers. Understandably they are using the promotion to lure new customers however it seems that they could be alienating repeat customers, such as DVC members, at the same time. I would love to hear your thoughts on this subject.
Thanks, Joanne

Listener Feedback:
Excellent podcast, fun hearing the perspective of the Dads!
As for being bored on the Cruise - that's funny. I always said I'd never be happy on a cruise, and then "the girls" (my wife, sister, s-i-l & mother) got together, and decided that we should do a family cruise in lieu of Christmas.
Being the de facto vacation planner, and knowing we'd have 5 kids under 8 in our group of 13, DCL was a no-brainer. We did a 4 day cruise, and on day 4, we were still finding places on the ship I hadn't seen. I really look forward to our 2nd cruise with the same 13 this Feb, and the extra 3 days heading to the Western Carribbean. Mickey 200 here we come!
Ironicly enough, I was the one really driving the 2nd trip. You will NOT be bored on the cruise. pbwhite on August 28, 2010 @ 1:26 pm View all 1 comments about this podcast
