It's the perfect way to display 1000 pictures. Actually only about 900. Taken between 2001 and 2004. Sorry for the large file size. Hope it encourages you to make your own. I took mine to Walgreens and for $20 got a poster size print. Looks awesome!

Thanks. I used a program called Centarsia, which is no longer available for download, but there are several out there that do it. I hear that AndreaMosaic is decent.
Even after the program did it's thing I spent many hours tweaking it so it's not completely automatic, and having a good image to map the pics to is important too.
