The lifesize Gingerbread Carousel that was displayed during the 2006 Holiday Season in the Lobby of the Beach Club Resort. (It was also on display in 2007.) It's made completely of edible ingredients -- gingerbread, chocolate and sugar paste, plus "tons of enthusiasm, energy, and talent!"

I found it too! ! ! There's also a 40 lb chocolate Santa there too..... tough for a chocaholic to see and smell.
