PassPorter Photo Usage Guidelines

By using the PassPorter.com site or the PassPorter Photo Archive, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

This agreement applies to you. PassPorter Travel Press, an imprint of MediaMarx, Inc., reserves the right to change this Agreement from time to time at its sole discretion, and your use of the site will be subject to the most current version posted on the site at the time of your use.

Image Ownership
All images are the property of MediaMarx, Inc or PassPorter Photo Contributors, and are marked as such. You may not claim ownership of any of our images, modified or unmodified. All images remain as our property. You understand that Materials are copyrighted and owned by MediaMarx, Inc. or our PassPorter Photo Contributors only, and any unauthorized use of any of these Materials by you may be an infringement upon said copyright. MediaMarx, Inc., or anyone else associated with MediaMarx, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, economic damages including but not limited to loss of revenue or profits, arising out of the use, or inability to use, the Materials.

Permitted Usage
You may use the photos in the PassPorter Photo Archive for personal study and enjoyment. Permission is granted to link to our images from personal message board postings at a resolution no greater than 400 x 400 at 72 dpi, using the linking code available with each photo, provided the copyright notices remain intact and the images are not used to illustrate a post that slanders or damages the reputation of the subject or PassPorter.com. Permission is granted to current PassPorter's Club passholders to download our images for use as personal desktop wallpaper and to print our images for personal planning purposes.

Unauthorized Usage
No other usage beyond that detailed above is permitted without explicit permission from MediaMarx, Inc.

MediaMarx, Inc. reserves all rights and remedies relative to the enforcement of this Agreement available at law or in equity.
