This 3-D ride experience brings Gru, one of the world's greatest super-villains, and his delightful daughters to the studios for a new mission. Explore his lair and secret lab, and even have the chance to take part in the first-ever, minion-inspired, interactive dance party! It's one of the big attractions at the park, so either hit it early in the morning or late on in the day, or resign yourself to long lines to experience it. This attraction is identical to the one at Universal Studios Florida, and it replaced T2 3-D: Battle Across Time in 2014. Height restriction: 40" / 102 cm

This family coaster offers wonderful aerial views on this “test flight.” You'll learn the proper way to approach a hippogriff (for those of you who are not Harry Potter fans, a hippogriff is an animal that has the head of an eagle and the body of a horse), then hop aboard to fly past Hagrid's Hut and the pumpkin patch. Height restriction: 39" / 99 cm

Enter Hogwarts Castle and wind your way through such familiar scenes as Dumbledore’s office and the Defence Against the Dark Arts classroom before you reach the ride itself. This is a 3-D dark ride, not a coaster, although it does use coaster technology to allow your seats to pivot as you make your way through the ride. Without giving too much away, the ride takes you through familiar scenes from the popular books using the Floo network, including a Quidditch match, the Chamber of Secrets, the Forbidden Forest, and an encounter with Dementors. It is worth knowing before you go that if you’ve got a fear of spiders, heights, or tight, dark spaces, you may want to think twice about riding. The ride is identical to the one at Univeral Studios Orlando, except that it features 3-D technology! Height restriction: 48" / 122 cm

Experience a lovely cruise down a Costa Rican river to an experimental dinosaur refuge. But beware—rafts have been “going off course” and venturing into the backstage holding pens where the most dangerous dinosaurs are on the loose, including a 50-foot-tall T. Rex. Like Disneyland’s Splash Mountain, this flume ride is gentle until you get to the big 84-foot drop at the end. Expect to get a bit wet—you may want to wear a poncho to avoid the splashes (a nearby vending machine sells them for $6). The best seats are in the front. Watch for the Mickey ears! 42"/107 cm. height restriction. Health and motion sickness warning. Transfer from wheelchair/ECV to ride. Child switch available. Height restriction: 42" / 107 cm
