PassPorter's Walt Disney World News Bulletin  Be Our Guest Announces Menus and Reservations TimeframePublished 07/03/2012 by PassPorter News

Be Our Guest, the new restaurant in Beas's Castle in the newly expanded Fantasyland, will be begin accepting reservations for dinner in late August, with the restaurant slated to open for business, "In time for the [end-of-year] holidays." Lunch will be counter service, with guests placing their orders at interactive kiosks. Once seated, their meals will be delivered by servers on real china plates. Dinner will be a traditional table service meal. Both menus feature a French Bistro flavor.
