Oh wow, this sounds amazing! I hope this is still going in December and we get to sample it.
Did you notice if they offer vegetarian options for the Remy Brunch?
J316 the menu was provided to us for informational purposes as opposed to a selection. The courses are set and delivered accordingly. I will reach out to some of my contacts and see if vegetarian options are, or ever will be available.
Wow! Sounds very nice! Can't wait to try it!
I forgot to update - I checked out the website a couple of days ago and this brunch is now an option online for our December cruise, so I went ahead and booked.

I spoke with Disney Cruise Line today and they confirmed that Remy does have vegetarian options for brunch, but no official menu has been released yet. If you book a Remy brunch and would like vegetarian options speak with the Chef and your server during your brunch. I was told that they are working toward a complete vegetarian menu selection in the future but currently there is an appetizer, soup salad and vegetable course available.
Thank you, Michele.
