Enjoying Life In Lyon: France by Cheryl Pendry on 07-22-2010
Ask anyone what the largest city is in France and you'd no doubt guess Paris -- and you'd right. But if you were asked what the second largest city in the country is, would you know the answer? Before we visited Lyon, I had no idea that it was, in ...

Lake Constance, Switzerland: A Tale of Three Countries by Cheryl Pendry on 07-15-2010

Discovering Peru: The Lost City: Machu Picchu by Douglas Famy on 06-16-2010
There is a city tucked away between mountains 4,000 meters (13,000 feet) above sea level. It was constructed, occupied, and abandoned within 100 years. Mysteries surround the ceremonial and administrative center of an ancient empire just as the mist ...

Mercedes-Benz Museum: Worth the Ride by Cheryl Pendry on 06-10-2010
Museum - it's often a word that fills children with dread. I'm sure some of us can remember being dragged along to a worthy museum when we were young and, instead of being engaged, being bored. Of course, things have changed a lot over the years and ...

       TIP
Layover Length
"A good rule to use when traveling by air with a layover, do not take a flight with less than 30 minutes between flights. The ground crew needs about 15-20 minutes in most cases to transfer your luggage. The other 10 minutes is in case the flight is delayed and/or so you do not have to run to make your next flight."
