How
to Order
Placing an order with PassPorter.com is quick and easy.
Just select your order method from the list below and follow steps that appear on
the right to order any of our great books and/or products online:

Online Order (by credit card, PayPal, or personal check)
1. Click on any item you'd like to buy. You can click on an
item's picture or descriptive link. You'll be taken to that item's Product Page. On the Product
Page, you'll see a detailed description of that item.Note: If you are using a coupon, you can
redeem it by typing its code in your
shopping cart. Please visit our
Coupon Center for further details.
2. Click the Add to Cart button (shown below) on a Product Page to add that item to
your Shopping Cart.
Your screen will refresh and confirm that the item was added to your shopping cart.
If you want to buy more than one item, click the Continue Shopping link to return to the
store and add more items.
3. When you are ready to check-out, click the
Shopping Cart, View Cart, or Checkout link anywhere in the PassPorter Store. In your
shopping cart, you'll see the items you've added along with the total price (before coupon
discounts). At this point you have several options:
- If you're changing the Quantity, use the Qty
box and click Update Cart.
- If you're Removing an Item, click
the Remove Item
button.
- To save your selection(s) for a future visit to
the store, click Save Cart.
- To receive a shipping cost estimate, click
Estimate Shipping
4. Enter any discount or coupon codes you may have,
and click Apply Code. Note that only one discount/coupon code may be applied at a time. At this point, the directions vary depending upon whether you want to pay by credit card,
by PayPal, or by personal check:
- To pay by credit card, click the green Checkout button. Depending on your browser
Security settings, you may see a window informing you that you are now entering a secure
site or page. If you see this, click OK, Enter, or Continue.
- To pay by PayPal, click the white "Checkout with PayPal" button. You will be directed to PayPal
where you will sign in with your PayPal username and password, after which you are
returned to the PassPorter Store.
- To pay by personal check, click the green Checkout button. Depending on your browser
Security settings, you may see a window informing you that you are now entering a secure
site or page. If you see this, click OK, Enter, or Continue.
5. At this point, you'll be asked to sign in
to your PassPorter Store account (if you haven't already done so) or to create a new PassPorter Store account
(which takes just a moment). Follow the directions to create your free account. A
series of information gathering screens follow, requesting your billing and
shipping addresses. (Note: A PassPorter Store account is separate from a PassPorter Boards account.) When done, click Continue.
6. In the final step, you'll find a summary of your
order with shipping, handling, and tax included. First confirm/update your
shipping information and select the desired shipping method and class of
service. At the next screen, confirm/update your billing information. The
following screen summarizes your order information. At this point you can enter
a gift certificate code, if you have one. If you wish to pay by personal check,
print this page and mail it with a check (made payable to "MediaMarx") to P.O. Box 3880,
Ann Arbor, MI 48106. Otherwise, type your payment
information. When ready, click Complete Order once and wait for
confirmation.
7. If your order was
successful, you should
receive an on-screen confirmation within minutes, an initial e-mail confirmation within
one hour, and a detailed e-mail confirmation by the next business day. If you have any problems
during this process, please contact orders@passporter.com.
1. Browse our store and locate the item(s) you
would like to purchase. Make a note the product name, edition, color, and price. If you
have a coupon, have it ready, along with your credit card.
2. Call toll-free 877-929-3273, from 8 am to 6
pm Eastern Time, Monday - Friday. (If you have a problems reaching this number, please
call 734-332-7801.)
3. Place your order with our customer support
representative. Please note that in some cases, the representative will be unable to
calculate shipping costs. If this is the case, don't worry -- your shipping costs will be
noted in your confirmation e-mail.
4. We will send an e-mail confirmation of your order,
assuming you supplied a valid e-mail address when you placed your order.
